Rodney D. Larson (Rod)
 Rodney
D. Larson is the bank’s CEO and President. Mr. Larson has over 20 years of experience in the financial
services industry. Over his career he has had expanding lead
financial roles as chief financial officer, controller and corporate
tax manager giving him a wealth of experience. He most recently
served as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of an
institution that began as a de novo institution growing to over $400
million in total assets. Starting as controller, he later became
interim president of that institution guiding it through a merger.
Previously, Mr. Larson was Vice President, Assistant Controller and
Corporate Tax Manager for a multi-billion dollar institution in
Minnesota, later acquired by US Bancorp. Mr. Larson is a CPA. His
five years with KPMG Peat Marwick helped prepare him for his
financial career. Rod thrives on the challenges inherent in running
a bank and says that meeting these challenges and rewarding all
involved is one of his main motivators.

Stuart N. Olson
 Stuart N. Olson, EVP/Chief Credit Officer. A 1987 cum laude graduate of Hamline University in St. Paul, Minnesota with a degree in economics, Mr. Olson served for eight years thereafter as a bank examiner with the FDIC and FRB, where he received an Outstanding Achievement Award for service in California during the banking crisis of 1992 and 1993. In 1995 Mr. Olson became the Risk Management Officer with Sun State Bank in Las Vegas, NV. He was Executive Vice President and Senior Credit Officer of Nevada First Bank, a subsidiary of Las Vegas-based Intermountain First Bancorp, from 1997 until its April 2006 sale to Western Alliance Bancorporation. At the time of its sale, Nevada First Bank was an approximately $570 million asset institution. He was a founder and President/Chief Credit Officer of Service1st Bank of Nevada, Las Vegas from 2006 until 2008. Mr. Olson has been in his present position with RepublicBankAZ since 2009. Since 1998 Mr. Olson has been a member of the board of directors of The First National Bank of Osakis, Osakis, MN.
